The following are the criteria prescribed by the university for admission to Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) - (Two years). There is no entrance exam requirement as mentioned on the official website.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following formats:
11+1+3 or 10+2+3 (Traditional bachelor's degree)
Five-year integrated master’s degree under the 10+2+5 pattern
Four-year bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology under the 11+1+4 or 10+2+4 pattern
(Must have studied Mathematics and Science at both the higher secondary and Engineering levels.)
Minimum Marks Requirement:
Candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in Part III (Main + Allied) of their Bachelor’s Degree. For candidates from OBC, EBC, MBC, SC, BT, and Physically Challenged categories, the minimum required marks are 40%.
For Engineering/Technology graduates, a minimum of 55% marks is required. SC candidates need a minimum of 50% marks.
